The expertise consists of determining the value of property and real estate rights after analysis of all documents communicated by the customer. The mission of the real estate valuation expert involves the drafting of an expert document under the conditions defined by the Charter of Real Estate Valuation Expertise in which legal, economic, technical and fiscal values are taken into account in accordance with an appraisal contract.
Our expert uses three evaluation methods, defined by the Charter of Expertise in Real Estate Valuation.
- Comparison methods;
- Capitalization methods;
- So-called soil and construction methods.
Our expert has perfect knowledge of the real estate market, training permanent monitoring allowing legislative changes to be followed, as well as documentation important.
